Brandy Davis-Holmes is a healthcare executive and registered nurse with over 17 years of experience in utilization management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement within managed care. She brings deep expertise in governance, program oversight, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on aligning operations with state and federal regulations, including NCQA and CMS standards.
In her leadership role as the Associate Director of Utilization Management Governance, Brandy oversees utilization management programs, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across multidisciplinary teams. She has a proven track record of driving organizational performance, strengthening audit readiness, and implementing strategic initiatives that improve timeliness, inter-rater reliability, and overall care delivery. Her experience includes leading program evaluations, advising on policy development, and collaborating with executive leadership to support enterprise-wide goals.
Brandy holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana StateUniversity Health Sciences Center, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Charity School of Nursing. She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM), holds a Certification in Managed Care Nursing (CMCN), and is MCG Certified.
In addition to her executive leadership work, Brandy serves as a Visiting Professor at Chamberlain University, contributing to the development of future nursing professionals.
