Carla Kimble, LMSW, C-ASWCM, CCM
Carla has an extensive portfolio of social work practice, advanced case management, and organizational leadership. A U.S. Army Veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm, she earned three Bronze Service Stars and the Southwest Asia Service Medal in recognition of her service and commitment.
A licensed master social worker, Carla has more than twenty years of progressive case management experience supporting diverse populations across complex systems of care. She holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Tennessee College of Social Work.
Carla currently serves as a social worker with a Managed Care Organization, where she leads member advocacy efforts and coordinates comprehensive in-home support to promote safety, stability, and quality of life.
Her career spans more than a decade of teaching Introduction to Social Work as an adjunct instructor, complemented by extensive professional experience in aging and senior support services, court services, nonprofit program administration, child welfare, and homeless veteran outreach. Across every role, Carla is recognized for her strong leadership, her skill in navigating multidisciplinary environments, and her unwavering commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
