Tonique Hale, PT, MHA, CCM

Tonique graduated from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 1997 with a B.S. in physical therapy. Tonique has worked in several healthcare settings, including inpatient and outpatient rehab, home health and skilled nursing. Tonique's passion has always been patient advocacy and healthcare equity. In 2022, she completed her MHA, while subsequently being selected as the Director of Case Management at Encompass Health Memphis, where Tonique is currently employed.
