CDMS® renewal encourages practitioners to pursue continuing education so you can grow professionally, stay on top of current trends and new technologies, develop enhanced critical skills and continue to gain knowledge in key focus areas. Through continuing education, disability management specialists are better equipped to serve and provide assurance to employers and those they support.
To retain the valued CDMS credential, Board-Certified Disability Management Specialists must earn 80 hours in continuing education every five years, or re-take the CDMS exam.
